Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS First Class, 2-6 Days: Free
USPS Priority, 1-3 Days: $5
For Overnight Delivery, Please contact us for Pricing as it depends on the delivery location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping: Customs, Duties and Taxes
We shipped international by USPS or DHL. Shipping Fee is calculated depending on the service and country of destination.
Felix Z Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns & Exchanges
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Felixz.com within 30 days of the date is received and we'll happy to arrange an exchange, store credit or a refund. Just fill out the form to contact us and we'll be happy to promptly respond with a solution.
We will ONLY accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return. These includes:
- Items which are no longer in new condition.
- Items which lack their original packaging.
- Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 30 days from the date the item was received.
