We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Felixz.com within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to arrange an exchange, store credit, or a refund for you. Please contact us, and we will promptly respond with a solution. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will ONLY accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return. These includes:

- Items which are no longer in new condition.

- Items which lack their original packaging.

- Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 30 days from the date the item was received.
