Do you offer gift options?
Yes, we are happy to offer a gifting option on our jewelry! On the checkout page, select “Add gift options” heading to select more options. We will send your gift in an appropriate gift box or pouch.
I am purchasing several gifts in the same order. Can I add multiple gift messages?
At this time, we are only able to add one gift message per order. The gift message will be printed and enclosed with one gift tag.
I just placed an order, but I selected the wrong item. Can you change it? Can you cancel it?

I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation from you?
Yes! After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship you will receive a second email that provides the USPS tracking information for your shipment. Please contact Customer Service (info@felixz.com) if you have not received your confirmation emails.
I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that?
Because We process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please contact Customer Service (info@felixz.com) as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address.
I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that?
As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.
I need to use two credit cards on my online order – how do I do that?
At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order
I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me?
All domestic orders and returns are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for your shipment.
Will a signature be required for delivery of my order?
Only shipments over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
All shipments are shipped Free (U.S,.A only) & Flat rate with tracking. For an additional fee they will be shipped priority (1 or 2 day service). Please follow prompts. Shipments must be placed by 1pm Eastern time to be shipped the same business day.

We offer repairs on our Jewelry that was purchased and shipped within the United States. Please contact Customer Service ( info@felixz.com) and we will be happy to look into your options.
I have a discount code. How do I add that to my order?
Discount codes can be entered in the Discount Code field in your Shopping Cart, and they must be applied before the order is submitted. When placing your order, enter the code and click “APPLY” – you will see the discount apply and the total change before you enter your payment information.
I have two discount codes. How do I enter both?
We are only able to apply one discount code per order.
How do your promotions work?
All promotions are limited to the specified dates/times and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Promotions cannot be combined.
I lost an earring! Can I buy just one?
As long as we have your earrings in stock, we are happy to offer you our Half Price Earring Discount! Just contact Customer Service ((info@felixz.com) and we will look into your options.
Do you sell gift cards? Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased through our website (www.felixz.com). It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order.

What is your return policy?
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Felixz.com within 30 days of the date is received and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit or a refund. Just fill out the form to contact us and we'll be happy to promptly respond with a solution.

No, we will not alert the buyer that the gift was returned.
How long does it take for returns and exchanges to be processed?
Once we receive your return item, please allow up to 15 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to five business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Every piece of Felix z jewelry is made with care from precious silver 18k gold plated and natural gemstones. Following are instructions on how to make your jewelry last:
- Using a soft cloth, rub the items, taking care to cover all surfaces. If the jewelry has lots of grooves or elaborate engravings, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to get the dirt out of those areas and store it in your pouch.
- Once clean, rinse the items in warm water.
- Wipe with a lint-free cloth thoroughly and make sure the jewelry is properly dried before you store them away.
- We recommend that you do not wear your jewelry in the shower, hot tub, sauna, ocean or swimming pool, as moisture accelerates the tarnishing of metal. Sometimes the chemical makeup of skin oils combined with lotions may also contribute to tarnishing, so apply fragrance and hair spray prior to putting on jewelry.
Can you wear gold Vermeil jewelry in the shower?
We recommend taking your gold vermeil jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the finish. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.
