Yes! After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After your order has finished processing and is ready to ship you will receive a second email that provides the USPS tracking information for your shipment. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on Felixz.com within 30 days of the date is received and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit or a refund. Just contact us and we'll be happy to promptly respond with a solution.
We will ONLY accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return. These includes:

• Items which lack their original packaging.
